Dina Brown is a native of Los Angeles with over thirty years of experience specializing in Post-War, Contemporary and Ultra Contemporary Art. A broker and former gallery owner, she became an appraiser in 2013 and holds dual memberships: she is an Accredited Member of the Appraisers Association of America and a Certified Appraiser of Personal Property (CAPP) with the International Society of Appraisers. She is also a member of the ISA's Private Client Services, a group of qualified appraisers who have completed specialized training and hold senior level industry experience in working with High Net Worth Individuals. She previously served on the ISA's Board of Directors from 2019-2022 and was the recipient of the ISA Distinguished Service Award in 2020.
She's provided over 600M in valuations to private individuals, institutions, attorneys, corporations and insurance providers.
She is trained and up-to-date in the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) as established by The Appraisal Foundation.
